About Steven

Steven Holm focuses his practice on advising corporates, major shareholders and investment banks in complex emerging markets equity and debt capital markets transactions, across South and Southeast Asia. Steven has significant experience in IPOs, deSPAC transactions, crossover rounds, follow-on offerings, rights issues and ongoing securities law compliance with expertise in introducing non-US issuers and management to the US regulatory system and market expectations.

Prior to joining Cooley, Steven worked in the Singapore and London offices of two global law firms.
