About Seth

Seth is a conscientious advocate for emerging companies and investors who takes time to understand his clients’ needs, then does the legal work to take care of them. He addresses legal formalities so his clients can focus on what they love and rest easy, whether they’re new companies navigating startup formation or experienced in-house attorneys coordinating fast-paced acquisitions.

Seth focuses on corporate counseling for emerging companies on formation, day-to-day business, venture capital-related transactions and exits. The companies and investors he represents span a range of industries, from biotechnology and fitness to transportation and agriculture. He also maintains a pro bono practice representing asylum seekers and local nonprofits. Seth serves as chairman of Giving What We Can, a global nonprofit dedicated to expanding effective giving.

Seth has served as a judicial intern to Justice Richard L. Gabriel of the Colorado Supreme Court and to Judge Randolph D. Moss of the US District Court for the District of Columbia. His research on initial coin offerings was published in The George Washington Law Review.

In law school, Seth was the senior managing editor for The George Washington Law Review, instructed legal research and writing, received the Pro Bono Service Award for outstanding work in the public interest, and was elected to the Moot Court Skills Board.

Before law school, Seth was an analytics consultant at Wells Fargo Wealth and Investment Management, where he focused on researching relationship risk and retention. He was also once employee of the month at a mid-Michigan McDonald’s.
