About Mark
Mark advises private and public company clients on all matters relating to executive compensation and employee benefits. His practice includes counseling clients on equity compensation, executive employment agreements, bonus plans, severance and change-in-control agreements, and deferred compensation, including related tax, financial accounting and securities law issues. He also assists public companies with executive compensation disclosures. Mark regularly advises on compensation and benefits matters in connection with mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, financings, and other corporate transactions.
Before joining Cooley, he practiced at a US-based international law firm and clerked at the US Tax Court.
