About Marcus

Marcus Chen represents clients on securities and corporate transactions in the Greater China region, including Hong Kong IPOs, pre-IPO private equity investments, investments in and corporate governance of HKEX listed companies, public M&A and compliance.

Prior to joining Cooley, Marcus practiced in the Beijing offices of other leading US law firm and UK law firm. 

Marcus is a native Mandarin and Cantonese speaker and is fluent in English.
