Josh heads Cooley’s mid-Atlantic corporate practice. His practice focuses on the representation of technology and other high-growth companies from formation through exit, as well as strategic and financial buyers and sellers in public and private company mergers and acquisitions and other complex transactions. Josh advises a number of public and private companies in connection with their ongoing M&A activity, and he represents various enterprises in their general corporate needs, venture financings, exits and strategic growth investments.
