About Joshua

Joshua is a versatile and strategic litigator who represents clients in high-stakes disputes across arbitration and court proceedings, including trial and appellate litigation, as well as individual and class actions. While deeply experienced in tech and data privacy litigation, his broad experience across industries and legal issues enables him to craft innovative, client-focused solutions to complex challenges.

Before entering private practice, Joshua developed a deep understanding of judicial decision-making from his service as a judicial law clerk to Judge Robert Pitman of the US District Court for the Western District of Texas. He now advises clients on a range of commercial and regulatory matters.

A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, Joshua was elected to the Order of the Coif and served on the editorial boards of both the California Law Review and the Berkeley Journal of Gender, Law & Justice. His academic and editorial achievements reflect his analytical rigor and commitment to excellence.
