About Jie

Jie Zhang’s practice focuses on advising corporate clients and investment banks on capital markets transactions, such as initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, convertible bond offerings and high-yield bond offerings. She also advises corporate and private equity clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and privatization transactions. In addition, Jie represents US-listed corporate clients in regulatory compliance matters.

Jie is fluent in English and is a native Mandarin speaker.
