At the heart of Jeff Goldman’s compensation and benefits practice is a deeply rooted commitment to partnering with the companies and individuals that drive innovation forward, in Silicon Valley and elsewhere.

Although Jeff’s counsel straddles the intersection of corporate, tax, securities and accounting laws, rules and regulations, he strives to always provide actionable advice delivered as simply and efficiently as possible.

Jeff represents startups, emerging growth and public companies, compensation committees and executives in executive compensation and employee benefits matters. Clients turn to Jeff for strategic and practical advice on a broad range of executive and employee compensation matters, including executive employment arrangements, employee stock options and other forms of equity compensation, and consults with clients in the context of liquidity events, strategic exits, public offerings and ongoing public company governance matters impacting compensation. He also advises on global compliance matters, mobile employee issues, tax, and securities law issues, particularly with respect to equity compensation matters in the UK, India, PRC and Latin America.
