About Greg

Greg is a founding partner of Cooley’s Chicago office and co-head of the Chicago corporate group. He primarily works with emerging technology and life sciences companies, venture capital funds, multinational corporations, venture studios and family offices. Greg advises these clients on their full life cycle, from formation to exit, including working with boards, management teams and investors on their most transformative transactions.
