Ethan Glass

I love working with clients to help achieve their litigation, regulatory and business goals – especially when it comes to representing those clients at trial.

Ethan focuses on antitrust and competition law, and leads the representation of clients on numerous types of civil and criminal antitrust matters before the courts, the Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission and state attorneys general. He is most recognized for his litigation and trial skills, and he has tried cases on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants, in government and private actions, before juries and judges in federal and state courts. Ethan also is recognized for his experience in merger review litigation – which requires particular knowledge, as it presents different strategic, procedural and substantive issues than civil litigation. He has been regularly consulted on those issues and served as a testifying expert witness for one such matter.
