About Connie
Connie is an experienced litigator, appellate advocate and strategic advisor. As an associate in Cooley’s Supreme Court and appellate practice group, she represents clients in high-stakes litigation, with a particular focus on appellate and US Supreme Court matters. Connie previously served as a Bristow Fellow in the Office of the Solicitor General at the US Department of Justice. In that role, she assisted with briefing and argument preparation for more than a dozen cases before the Supreme Court, advised the Solicitor General on whether to authorize government appeals, and successfully briefed and argued cases in the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
