Cassidy represents public and private companies across a range of sectors in mergers and acquisitions and other complex corporate transactions, including mergers, equity and asset acquisitions, divestitures, carve-out transactions and tender offers. She also regularly advises clients on general corporate and governance matters. In addition, Cassidy maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing primarily on matters related to environmental rights, women’s rights, LGBTQ+ and nonprofit advising.
