Izzy is a member of Cooley’s M&A and Private Equity groups, and focuses his practice on all types of private and public mergers & acquisitions transactions and other complex corporate transactions – including strategic acquisitions, private equity-sponsored leveraged buyouts, cross-border transactions, carve outs, joint ventures and growth equity investments. He represents strategic and financial buyers and sellers across a variety of industries – including technology, life sciences, software as a service, fintech, artificial intelligence, healthcare, cybersecurity, and blockchain and crypto.
