Ben advises emerging and growth companies throughout their life cycles, from formation and early operations through later-stage growth, financings and exit events. He works closely with startups, executive teams and boards on venture capital financings, strategic transactions, and day‑to‑day corporate and governance matters. He also regularly represents venture capital funds and other investors in equity investments in high‑growth companies.
