About Alexander
Alex Ellebracht focuses his practice in the fields of executive compensation and employee benefits, particularly in the context of mergers, acquisitions, IPOs and other corporate transactions. He regularly advises clients on the design, implementation, modification and termination of compensation and benefits arrangements, including cash and equity-based incentive programs, non-qualified deferred compensation plans, retention and severance programs, change-in-control arrangements and executive employment agreements. He also advises clients regarding related tax rules covering deferred compensation and parachute payments.
While at UC Hastings College of the Law, Alex served as senior supervising editor for the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly.
