About Alex

Alex is a complex litigator and strategic advisor to leading technology companies and high-profile individuals facing high-stakes risk. Her practice spans federal and state litigation, appellate advocacy, and sensitive internal and government investigations. She counsels clients through moments of significant legal, regulatory and reputational exposure – partnering closely with leaders to assess risk, develop forward-looking strategy and drive efficient resolution.

Alex is known for her strategic judgment and ability to distill complex legal issues into actionable guidance for decision-makers. She is a poised and agile advocate in live proceedings, thinking quickly on her feet and protecting client interests in high-pressure settings. She has significant experience with dispositive motion practice, managing large-scale, complex discovery, and first- and second-chairing depositions across jurisdictions.

In addition to her commercial practice, Alex maintains a robust pro bono docket focused on civil rights, reproductive justice, immigrant rights, voting rights, climate justice and international human rights. Since 2022, she has represented a client on death row in Texas through federal habeas proceedings, subsequent state habeas petitions and clemency efforts – work that reflects her deep commitment to constitutional advocacy and high-stakes strategic litigation.
