Alan focuses his practice on capital markets transactions and Hong Kong Listing Rules compliance for Hong Kong-listed companies. He has extensive experience advising clients on initial public offerings in Hong Kong.

Before joining Cooley, Alan worked in the Hong Kong capital markets field. 

Alan is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.
