Turnstone Biologics Announces Upsized $80 Million IPO

San Diego – July 26, 2023 – Cooley advised Turnstone Biologics, a clinical-stage biotechnology company, on its upsized $80 million initial public offering. Lawyers Div Gupta, Ryan Sansom, Lila Hope, Alexa Smith and Valerie Sapozhnikova led the Cooley team advising Turnstone.

On July 21, 2023, Turnstone announced the pricing of its upsized IPO of 6,666,667 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $12 per share, with a 30-day option for the underwriters to purchase up to an additional 1,000,000 shares of common stock at the IPO price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. Turnstone began trading on July 21, 2023, under the symbol TSBX on the Nasdaq Global Market. The offering closed on July 25, 2023.
