Stratasys Merges With Desktop Metal
Washington, DC – June 5, 2023 – Stratasys and Desktop Metal announced on May 25 that they had entered into a definitive agreement whereby the companies will combine in an all-stock transaction valued at approximately $1.8 billion. Cooley is serving as antitrust counsel to Stratasys, which is also being advised by the Meitar Law Offices and Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.
