Owl Ventures Closes More Than $1 Billion in New Funds for Global Edtech Investments

San Francisco – January 12, 2022 – Cooley advised Owl Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on edtech, on closing more than $1 billion in new funds. Lawyers Jordan Silber and Elizabeth Reese led the Cooley team advising Owl Ventures.
