Palo Alto – March 25, 2019 – Benchmark Litigation honored Cooley at its 2019 Benchmark Litigation US Awards, naming Cooley national firm of the year in California and Silicon Valley Firm of the Year. Additionally, Cooley partner Koji Fukumura was distinguished as San Diego Attorney of the Year.

The Benchmark Litigation US Awards recognize the country’s most distinguished litigators and their firms for their work over the past year. For the first time, Benchmark Litigation held the awards across two separate ceremonies – one on the East Coast in New York and another on the West Coast in San Francisco.

The American Lawyer recently recognized Cooley’s exceptional litigation practice with an honorable mention for Litigation Department of the Year and by naming the firm a finalist for California Regional Litigation Department of the Year. Other publications have also lauded the rise of Cooley’s global litigation prowess, including BTI Consulting Group, The Lawyer and Law360.
