Dropbox Acquires HelloSign for $230 Million

San Francisco – February 15, 2019 – Cooley advised Dropbox on its acquisition of HelloSign, an electronic signature and document workflow platform, for $230 million. Partners Ben Beerle and Jamie Leigh led the Cooley team advising Dropbox on the acquisition.
