BTI Ranks Cooley Top Performer in Client Service

Palo Alto – December 19, 2018 – BTI Consulting Group has again named Cooley a leader in client service, ranking the firm in the top 10 on its 2019 Client Service A-Team report. The report further identifies Cooley among the best of the best at innovative approach and providing value for the dollar.

The report is the end result of 350 interviews with top legal decision makers at the world’s leading organizations. The scoring system is based on 17 activities that BTI has determined to be essential to delivering superior client service and driving the best relationships.
