Voyager is a clinical-stage gene therapy company focused on developing life-changing treatments for patients suffering from severe diseases of the central nervous system. The company now trades on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol "VYGR."
Cowen and Company and Piper Jaffray & Co. acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. Wedbush PacGrow and Nomura acted as co-managers.
