Voyager Therapeutics – IPO

November 19, 2015

Boston – November 19, 2015 – Cooley advised the underwriters on Voyager Therapeutics' $80.5 million initial public offering. Voyager is a clinical-stage gene therapy company focused on developing life-changing treatments for patients suffering from severe diseases of the central nervous system. The company now trades on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol "VYGR."

Cowen and Company and Piper Jaffray & Co. acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. Wedbush PacGrow and Nomura acted as co-managers.

The Cooley corporate and securities team advising the underwriters included Marc Recht, Richard Segal, Pia Kaur and Wilber Barillas.
