Pure Storage - $488 Million IPO

Palo Alto – October 28, 2015 – Cooley advised Pure Storage on its $488 million initial public offering. Pure Storage, a Mountain View-based data storage company, now trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "PSTG."

Pure Storage has been a Cooley client since the company's inception in 2009.

The Cooley corporate and securities team advising Pure Storage included partners Mark Tanoury and John McKenna and associates Seth Gottlieb, Alex Kassai, Daniel Elefant and Eddy Mata.
