Ooma Prices $65 Million IPO

San Francisco – July 31, 2015 – Cooley advised the underwriters on Ooma, Inc.'s $65 million initial public offering. Ooma creates new communications experiences for small businesses and consumers. The company now trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "OOMA."

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, BofA Merrill Lynch and JMP Securities LLC acted as joint lead book-running managers and William Blair & Company, LLC and Wunderlich Securities, Inc. acted as co-managers for the offering.
