Alarm.com Completes $98 Million IPO

Palo Alto – July 8, 2015 – Cooley advised Alarm.com on its $98 million initial public offering. Alarm.com is a leading platform solution for the connected home. The company enables home and business owners to intelligently secure their properties and automate and control a broad array of connected devices through a single user interface. The company trades on The NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol "ALRM."
