Sientra Completes Initial Public Offering

Los Angeles – November 3, 2014 – Cooley advised Sientra, Inc. on its $75 million initial public offering. Sientra is a medical aesthetics company committed to making a difference in patients' lives by enhancing their body image, growing their self-esteem and restoring their confidence. The company now trades on The NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol "SIEN."

Piper Jaffray and Stifel are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Leerink Partners and William Blair are acting as co-managers.
