Datalogix Sells to Oracle

Colorado – December 23, 2014 – Cooley is advising Datalogix on its sale to Oracle. Datalogix, based in Westminster, Colorado, is the industry-recognized leader at connecting offline consumer spending to digital marketing that helps marketers increase the effectiveness and measurability of their advertising. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Cooley M&A team advising Datalogix is led by partners Al Browne, Matt Dubofsky and Pat Mitchell, as well as associates Chris Kiyan, Matt Ruderman, Mark Wiranowki, Carlyn Williams and Colleen Burns.
