Cooley Advises Underwriters on Castlight Health's $204 Million IPO

Palo Alto, Calif. – March 18, 2014 – Cooley LLP announced today that it advised the underwriters on Castlight Health, Inc.'s $204.1 million initial public offering. Castlight Health enables employers, their employeesand health plans to take control of health care costs and improve care. The company's stock now trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "CSLT."

Underwriters of the offering included Goldman, Sachs & Co., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Allen & Company LLC, Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated, Canaccord Genuity Inc. and Raymond James & Associates, Inc.

The Cooley team advising the underwriters included partners Eric Jensen, Drew Williamson and Charlie Kim, as well as associates Jonie Kondracki, Veer Bhavnagri, Robert E. Jones, Adam Miller-Howard and Alexis Weiss.
