Cooley Advises Underwriters on Aerohive Networks IPO

San Francisco – April 4, 2014 – Cooley LLP announced today that it advised the underwriters on Aerohive Networks, Inc.'s $75 million initial public offering. Aerohive has designed and developed a leading cloud-managed mobile networking platform that enables enterprises to deploy a mobile-centric network edge. The company now trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "HIVE."

Goldman, Sachs & Co. and BofA Merrill Lynch acted as the joint book-running managers for the offering. Piper Jaffray & Co., William Blair & Company, LLC, JMP Securities LLC and Stephens Inc. acted as co-managers for the offering.
