500friends Acquired by Merkle

Palo Alto – November 26, 2014 – Cooley is advising 500friends in its acquisition by Merkle. 500friends is a cloud-based omnichannel loyalty solution provider. Merkle is a technology-enabled, data-driven customer relationship marketing firm and the nation's largest privately-held agency. The acquisition is the first in the customer loyalty space for Merkle.

The Cooley team advising 500friends is led by partner Matt Bartus, and includes associates Josh Seidenfeld and Peter Mandel.
