Session #3: Marketing Mischief: Dark Patterns, RESPA and Digital Redlining

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and Federal Trade Commission are pursuing advanced marketing practices through a host of novel legal theories, utilizing a mix of guidance, enforcement and litigation. In this session, we analyzed recent regulatory developments governing digital delivery of products and services, and we discussed practices subject to regulatory scrutiny.
