2019 is a year set to be like no other in the IPO market. As advisors to the capital markets, we invite you to join Cooley, DFIN, Nasdaq and PwC for deep-dive conversations where you will be able to network with other leaders of emerging companies in an exclusive setting.

This seminar will explore the current IPO environment, market trends and level of preparation necessary to achieve public company readiness, as well as the transition and long-term effects of becoming a public company. Our speakers will include executives of companies that have recently gone public, board directors of public and emerging companies, investment bankers and advisors who will share their insights on preparing to go public and life as a public company. Cooley partners Jon Avina and David Peinsipp are participating as moderators.
