A practical interactive roundtable discussion about intellectual property-related issues in collaboration and license agreements, including intellectual property ownership, patent prosecution/defense/enforcement and IP representations and warranties. We will discuss key factors in negotiating these terms from the business development perspective. We would be happy to respond to any questions you may provide in advance or at the event.
