Stuyvie Pyne's practice focuses on the formation and operation of venture capital funds, private equity funds and funds-of-funds.

While attending the University of California at Berkeley Boalt Hall School of Law, Stuyvie received the Prosser Prize in Venture Capital & Initial Public Offering Law and Transactional Drafting seminar. He competed on the moot court team and advised entrepreneurs in the New Business Counseling Practicum.
