  • $40 million Series B financing for Modern Meadow, a NY-based biofabrication company that grows leather from living cells to benefit consumers, animals and the planet. 

NEXTracker

  • NEXTracker, a solar energy equipment manufacturer, in its sale to Flextronics International for $330 million. 

Gevo

  • Gevo, a pioneer in the biofuels industry, signed a global patent cross-license and settlement agreement with Butamax, a joint venture between DuPont and BP. The agreement successfully resolves a multi-year, multi-suit, patent dispute between the two companies. The details of the settlement are confidential. 

Enphase Energy 

  • Enphase Energy, provider of solar energy management systems, in its $53.8 million IPO and $37.1 million Follow-On offering.

Ambri

  • $35 million Series C financing for Ambri, developer of electricity storage systems. 

Leaf Clean Energy Company

  • Leaf Clean Energy Company in a number of cleantech financings between 2013 and 2014.
