Open source – in the spirit of collaboration
We are a member of the Open Cap Table Coalition, a 501(c)(6) organization devoted to bringing interoperability and standardization to the capitalization space.

We funded and developed Vanilla, a secure, cloud-based platform designed for venture capital, private equity, real estate and other private fund managers. Investors breeze through an intuitive process that seamlessly carries over subscription qualifications fund after fund.
Cooley D+O – streamlining the questionnaire process
We built Cooley D+O to transform how our company clients and their directors and officers approach proxy season. Companies can work collaboratively with their Cooley team and their directors and officers to manage and complete the annual D&O questionnaire process entirely online, using one seamless and customizable tool – which is the first and only of its kind created by a law firm.
