Zoe Wang focuses her practice on capital markets transactions, including Hong Kong registered initial public offerings and debt offerings pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S.
Prior to joining Cooley, Zoe had worked at the Beijing office of a leading US law firm.
Zoe is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.
