Ziyue advises companies and investment banks on capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings and regulatory compliance matters.

Before joining Cooley, Ziyue worked in the Shanghai and Beijing offices of other leading US and UK law firms.

Ziyue is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English. He also speaks conversational Cantonese and Shanghainese.
