Zijing Yang

Zijing (Teresa) represents emerging companies, venture capital investors and strategic clients on cross-border transactions across Asia and the United States, including venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, and general corporate matters. She has experience across a range of industries, with a focus on emerging technologies and life sciences.

During law school, Zijing served as a student fellow at Stanford Law School’s Center for Law and the Biosciences.
