About Zelda
Zelda advises on the fund formation practice group’s knowledge management, practice engineering and resource development. She collaborates closely with the fund formation group leadership, product engineers and product managers to design and maintain data models that effectively capture and represent the practice group’s workflows.
Zelda advises the fund formation practice group attorneys, the practice engineering team, the practice innovation team and other stakeholders involved in creating and deploying new tools, processes and data products to benefit the practice group and its clients.
Zelda has broad Big Law and in-house experience, with a consistent focus on investment management, representing private and registered funds, venture capital funds, sovereign wealth funds, and hedge funds in regulatory compliance, fund formation and secondary transactions. She also has extensive experience in US Securities and Exchange Commission examinations and investigations and the design and implementation of dynamic compliance programs, including periodic internal reviews ensuring regulatory compliance.
Zelda began her legal career as an associate in the investment funds group at another global law firm in New York City. She subsequently worked at two other international firms and served as vice president of compliance at SoftBank Investment Advisers.
