Zara Siddiqui

Zara’s practice focuses on general corporate matters. She represents public and private companies in various issues, including private financings, corporate governance and entity formation. During law school, she served as executive symposium editor for the Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property. At Kellogg, she majored in finance, concentrating on entrepreneurship and venture capital through coursework, internships and experiential learning.

Zara received her combined JD-MBA from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and the Kellogg School of Management. She also holds a combined BA-MA from DePaul University.
