Zack Jenkins

Zack advises private and public companies, particularly in the technology and healthcare industries, in a variety of matters including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance and venture capital financings.

Prior to joining Cooley, Zack was a corporate & securities associate with Sullivan & Worcester in Boston. While attending Boston University School of Law, he worked as a student attorney with the BU/MIT Entrepreneurship & Intellectual Property Clinic.
