Zachary R. Hafer is a prominent trial lawyer and former federal prosecutor with deep experience overseeing complex, high-stakes criminal cases and government investigations. Zach spent 14 years in the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts, where he served as chief of the office’s criminal division. In this role, Zach supervised a team of approximately 100 federal prosecutors, managing the investigation and prosecution of cases involving healthcare fraud, securities and financial fraud, public corruption, national security, perjury and obstruction of justice, cybercrime, narcotics and money laundering, organized and gang-related crime under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, and criminal civil rights violations.
