Zachary Polen

Zach advises clients through various stages of the business life cycle, including venture capital financings, M&A, corporate governance and initial public offerings.

In law school, Zach served as articles editor for the Boston University Law Review. He also served as a student advocate in the BU/MIT Student Innovations Law Clinic, assisting Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Boston University students with a variety of corporate and transactional matters. Before law school, Zach worked to promote access to justice across Tennessee.
