
About Yuhan
Yuhan advises life sciences companies on a wide range of third-party commercial transactions, including collaboration and license agreements. She also counsels clients on intellectual property matters within the broader context of corporate transactions, such as M&A.
During law school, Yuhan served as co-editor in chief of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. She also completed a judicial externship with the US District Court for the Central District of California’s Patent Program and an internship with the Intellectual Property & Industry Research Alliances (IPIRA) at UC Berkeley.
Before law school, Yuhan worked as an economic consultant.
