About Alice

Alice represents clients in complex business and commercial litigation matters, with a focus on defending major technology companies in commercial disputes and class actions. She has litigated in state and federal courts, arbitration tribunals, and appellate courts on a range of matters, including privacy, consumer protection, false advertising, contractual dispute, Section 230 of the US Communication Decency Act, and the US Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act. She also has advised clients on government investigations and public record requests.

Before joining Cooley, Alice was a judicial law clerk for Magistrate Judge Laurel Beeler of the US District Court for the Northern District of California. In law school, she was senior articles editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal and a member of the Berkeley Law Trial Team.

Alice maintains an active pro bono practice. She has represented clients in civil rights and Hague Abduction Convention litigation and advised immigration clients on adjustment of status applications.
