Yufan represents issuers and investment banks in a range of securities offerings. She is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English. Before joining Cooley, Yufan worked for several other top law firms.

Yufan’s recent representations include:

• Representing Shandong Extreme Vision Technology, an AI computer vision solution provider, in its global offering and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX)*
• Representing China International Capital Corporation (CICC) and CMBI in the global offering and listing of Xiamen Jihong, a company specializing in cross-border social ecommerce business and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) paper packaging, on the HKEX*
• Representing Huatai International in the global offering and listing of Jiuyuan Gene Engineering, a biopharmaceutical company specializing in the R&D, manufacturing and commercialization of biopharmaceutical products and medical devices, on the HKEX*
• Representing Cirrus Aircraft, a US-based personal aviation aircraft provider, in its global offering and listing on the HKEX*
• Representing Citigroup, Huatai and CCBI in the global offering and listing of iMotion Automotive Technology, an autonomous driving solution provider, on the HKEX*
