About Yoni
Yoni advises public and private companies on various corporate transactions and financings, including syndicated loans, convertible debt financings, structured financings, venture debt financings, asset-based lending credit facilities, acquisition financings, capital call facilities, secured and unsecured lending, and cross-border lending transactions. Yoni also advises corporate clients on over-the-counter derivatives transactions, which involves negotiating ISDA master agreements.
During law school, Yoni served as a Note and Comment Editor for the Pepperdine Law Review, and his article “Innovation Meets Regulation: FIRRMA’s Significance, the Treasury’s Dilemma, and the New Normal for Foreign Investment in the U.S. Venture Capital Ecosystem" was published in Volume 48 of the Pepperdine Law Review.
